1. Data controller
The data controller is Big Stone, based in Italy. For any privacy-related request you can write to bigstonevibecoding@gmail.com.
2. What data we process
FrameStage is a browser-based tool to preview any URL inside device mockups. We keep data collection to the strict minimum:
- URLs you paste and files you upload (custom logo, background image): processed and stored only in your browser (via
localStorage). They are never sent to our servers. - Technical data automatically handled by our hosting provider Cloudflare: IP address, user agent, timestamp — for security, anti-abuse and delivery of the site.
- Aggregate analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, approximate country, device type. No profiling.
We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or payment data. There is no user account.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR art. 6)
- Providing the service — legal basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest to run the site.
- Security, fraud prevention and abuse mitigation — legitimate interest.
- Analytics — your consent (art. 6.1.a), given via the cookie banner and revocable at any time.
4. Third parties (processors)
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, optional cookieless Web Analytics.
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics (loaded only if you accept analytics cookies).
5. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
- Data in your browser: kept until you clear it.
- Cloudflare logs: up to a few days for security purposes.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you can:
- access your data;
- request correction or deletion;
- object to or restrict processing;
- request portability;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
